To keep your loose accessories tidy, you can simply tie them to the anchor points during training and then hang them up when you're done. With 5 attachment hooks, you can store Battle ropes, resistance bands and many more. For mounting to wood studs, there are eight 3/8" x 2-1/2" lag bolts and washers included. Additional hardware is required for mounting to walls of other types of construction.
