Who is Steve Springer?
After retiring with the Mets, scouting for the Diamond Backs and then becoming the former mental coach & big league scout for the Toronto Blue Jays (8 years)...

I'm the former performance coach and scout for the Toronto Blue Jays and current scout for the Athletics.
I played over 14 years as a professional player and compiled over 1,600 hits between the minor league and major league levels with the Mets and Indians.
Currently, I travel the country sharing what I've learned after 30 years in professional baseball as a player, agent, and scout.
